Super, super impressed with Steve's work. I was in a rush to get a determination on a vehicle I wanted to buy remotely. I was looking at thousands of dollars in flights, hotels, rental cars, etc. to come view this car. I called up Steve and, despite being in the middle of another work trip, he quickly got me on the schedule and was able to turn around an inspection in a couple days.
